Letter From the Recruitment Chair

As recruitment gets closer, I’ve been thinking a lot about the girl I was just a couple of years ago, full of excitement, hope, and so ready to find where she belonged. If that’s you right now, I want you to know… you’re exactly where you’re meant to be, and something really special is waiting for you!

Zeta has been more than I could’ve ever imagined. It’s been a place where I’ve grown, been celebrated, and surrounded by girls who have cheered me on every step of the way. These friendships feel like family, the kind that makes life sweeter, fuller, and more joyful. This sisterhood inspires me daily to be the kind of woman who leads with kindness, shows up for others, and chases after the things that matter most.

Recruitment isn’t about having the perfect answers or the perfect outfit, it’s about finding that feeling of knowing you’re right where you’re meant to be. That’s exactly what I found in Zeta: joy, genuine friendships, and a sisterhood that celebrates you for being you while cheering you on to become even more.

If I could give you any advice, it’s this: be yourself. Lean into the nerves. Enjoy the conversations. Trust that where you’re meant to be is already waiting for you. And don’t forget, recruitment registration closes July 22nd!!! If you’re on the fence, let this be your sign to take the leap. You have no idea what’s waiting on the other side!
